Where is Springmount?
About 1/2 Way between Mareeba and Atherton, not far from Walkamin. Here is a map showing the general area where things will be happening.

Who is organising everything?
Members of Springmount Drag Racing Association are organising all this in their own 'spare' time.
Are any of the members/exec's getting paid?
They Wish! All work done on this project is done in the members own time, and quiet often, out of their pocket! Be assured, nobody is making a profit from the work being done. (Apart from those subcontractors which must be paid to make things happen.. and a lot of them are cutting the costs to help us out)
I'm from the local Newspaper/TV Station etc.. who can I contact with questions?
PLEASE use the clubs contact email address, and your requests will be put foward to the member than can help you most. Since this has been advertised, phones have not stopped and it is hard to keep track of everybody. If you email us, you can be assured somebody will contact you ASAP! CONTACT US
How much is entry to the dragway? Will there be street-meets? Is it andra approved?
Entry costs will be advised, once they are known..
Street-Meets, most definitely.
The track will be ANDRA approved, we have full approval to proceed, we now need your support, become a member today. Membership
